Jenn has been working in advertising, brand strategy, and product development for 25+ years. Her ability to tell a compelling story has led to work for clients like HP, Oregon Chai, Snapple, Marriott, ConAgra, Microsoft, Four Seasons, Nike, and the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy in the U.S.
Jenn has received several prestigious awards for her writing and creative leadership. She spent 15 years at IDEO, where she still teaches an online IDEO U course called Storytelling for Impact. She is now the co-founder of the U.S. based Harmonic55.
